's worlds biggest site on Transformers music.....with MP3 samples!

When I watched Transformers as a kid way back in the eighties I always loved those funky little tunes that were playing in the background. I re-watched many scenes just to hear some music again. I also loved the music from series like G.I.Joe and Robotix and later found out that these had the same composers working on them. When I got internet in 1998 I found out that I wasn't the only one that remembered Transformers. It didn't take long until I tried to find info on the background music from the series and the Movie. Unfortunately there really wasn't much. While there are thousands of pages with toy reviews, there weren't any , or any detailed ones, about the music. That's why I decided to make one myself in 2001. Many people don't know that there is much more music available, either to download, or to buy than the Movie soundtrack. Many people , like myself in 1998, don't even know there are dozens of variations of the Movie music available.

This started out with one htm file, but grew rapidly. People started sending me info and I've traded a lot of rare music, also since 1998 new shows like Beastwars and everything thereafter had their own cd's and singles. At one high point I even mailed and phoned with some actual composers from the series. After a while I did lose interest a bit in Transformers again, but I still love to write and find stuff on anything that is related to Transformers music. That and I'm very proud of everything gathered here, it has been a huge amount of work

At this moment I have separated the music info into many files that you can see below. I'm trying to be as complete as possible, though if you think I'm missing something, or if you think something needs to be added, please let me know. Extra info is always very much appreciated and I will give you credit next to the posted info.

The first two pages are about two individual composers. Thereafter separate pages from the French and Japanese vinyl records to the Movie music and the many releases that come from Japan lately. I will mostly refer to BGM, when I'm talking about background music.
